As seen on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Iowa State's entomologists have cooked up some
delicious and nutritious entomological delicacies (Chocolate Chirpie Chip Cookies, anyone?). A good
starting point for a discussion about the importance of insects in the human food chain in other
